Image Chef gives you a variety of templates where you can pop in your own words or photos and get an instant graphic/image. I see that there is an area where you can log in, as well as a pro account to remove the ImageChef.com watermark, but I did not have to log in to create any of my practice images and could export them as much as I wanted.

Cooking up some images
