Sumo Paint is a free "Paint" program that does not require a username and password. It has a couple of features that extend beyond the basic Windows Paint program, primarily a "symmetry tool" and a couple of others. It was fun and very easy to play around with. It offers a pro account (for a fee) and from there, it offers some very cool image editing options.
