EXTRA YARN

We have been loving Mac Barnett's Extra Yarn in Kindergarten these days! First I read Extra Yarn to them and then we enjoyed looking at this tumblr of creative spots extra yarn has been found. After that, since we do not have time to knit in library, we were inventive and kindergartners used iPads to take pictures around the library. Then they uploaded their photos into the app Doodle Buddy and "added" their extra yarn. Here are a few examples. The kindergartners can handle those iPads with such ease!
